Acts of the Apostles

The fire has been lit. Now it needs fuel.

The first program in the trilogy, for men who have walked the Emmaus road and refuse to let the fire go out. Eleven stations into the foundations of a fully Catholic life, beginning where a man is most alive: his relationship with God.

What It Is

Something brought you here. Maybe a retreat that cracked something open, maybe a homily that landed differently, maybe a crisis that stripped away the things you had been using to avoid the bigger questions. Whatever it was, that pull is real, and it is not accidental.

The disciples on the road to Emmaus were not looking for the Risen Christ. They were walking away. And yet their hearts burned within them. That burning is what brought you here, and fire needs fuel.

Information leaves you knowing more. Formation leaves you different.

Acts of the Apostles does not ask you to recapture a feeling. It asks you to go deeper: into the God who was behind the burning, into the Church He built to sustain it, into the sacraments and Scripture and prayer that feed the flame when the intensity settles into something more durable and more dangerous, actual faith. This program opens the heart and awakens the appetite. The doctrinal depth comes next, in Creed. What Acts does is make a man hungry for it.

How Every Station Works

Five layers, one movement.

Every station follows the same rhythm, so the work is never abstract. It moves from a spark to a decision, and from the page into an ordinary week. Walk it self-paced, or with a small group of brothers moving through together.

Layer 1

Ignite

A spark that opens the station and stirs the heart.

Layer 2

Encounter

The core teaching, met as encounter rather than lecture.

Layer 3

Go Deeper

Scripture, tradition, and reflection that press further in.

Layer 4

Respond

Prayer and honest self-examination before God.

Layer 5

Commit

One concrete step carried out of the session into real life.

The Journey

Eleven stations

Eleven encounters with the foundations of a fully Catholic life. The defining question of every station is not “what do I now know?” but “how is this changing the way I live and who I am becoming?”

01

The Foundation: Who Is God?

Not the God you assumed, the God who is.

02

The Pursuit: Beatitudo and True Happiness

The restlessness is not a problem, it is a compass.

03

The Living Word: The Bible

Not a reference book, a conversation.

04

The Cloud of Witnesses: The Saints and Doctors

You are not the first man to face what you are facing.

05

The Pillars: Tradition and the Magisterium

Why the Church gets to say what the Church says.

06

Called and Configured: Sacraments and the Priesthood

Seven encounters, and the men who make them possible.

07

The Battle: Spiritual Warfare

There is an enemy, there is a battle, and you are already in it.

08

The Breaking of Bread: The Mass and Revelation

You have been attending. Now begin to participate.

09

Our Mother: Our Lady

She is not an add-on to the faith, she is at the heart of it.

10

The Conversation: Catholic Prayer

Not a performance, a relationship.

11

The Mission: Catholic Social Teaching

Faith that stays inside the church walls on Sunday is not yet fully Catholic.
