Missio of the Beloved

Formed women cannot stay in the upper room.

The third and final program in the women's trilogy. Where Fiat opened your heart and Magnificat gave your faith its foundation, Missio asks the hardest question of all: what are you going to do with it?

What It Is

You have said your fiat. You have found your voice. You have learned what you believe and why it holds. None of that was for your own private enrichment, though it has enriched you. It was preparation. Formation is not the destination. It is the runway.

Look at the women who surrounded Christ. Most are not named. They followed when it was inconvenient, stayed when it was dangerous, and came to the tomb in the dark to carry the most important news in history into a world that was not ready for it. They did it because they had been formed, and formed women cannot stay in the upper room. The mission finds them. It has found you.

The mission field is not somewhere else. It is exactly where you already are.

Missio moves outward: into your marriage, your motherhood, your friendships, your workplace, your parish, and your neighborhood. The kitchen table, the school pickup line, the difficult friendship, the colleague searching without knowing what she is searching for. These are not interruptions to the mission. They are the mission. Every station includes a step taken in the world, not just in a journal, and asks not “what do I now know?” but “what am I now going to do?”

How Every Station Works

Five layers, one movement.

Every station follows the same rhythm, so the work is never abstract. It moves from a spark to a decision, and from the page into an ordinary week. Walk it self-paced, or with a small group of women moving through together.

Layer 1

Ignite

A spark that opens the station and stirs the heart.

Layer 2

Encounter

The core teaching, met as encounter rather than lecture.

Layer 3

Go Deeper

Scripture, tradition, and reflection that press further in.

Layer 4

Respond

Prayer and honest self-examination before God.

Layer 5

Commit

One concrete step carried out of the session into real life.

The Journey

Ten stations

Ten stations, each one pushing you further out the door.

01

The Sent Life

You were not formed to stay comfortable.

02

The Domestic Church

Your first parish has your last name.

03

Evangelization

Witness, not argument. Presence, not performance.

04

The Workplace Apostolate

Faith from nine to five, or wherever your hours actually go.

05

Spiritual Motherhood

Every woman is called to mother. Not every woman does it the same way.

06

Apologetics

An answer for every question, given with gentleness and without apology.

07

Suffering and the Apostolic Life

The Cross is not optional, and it is not the end of the story.

08

The Parish

Your parish needs you to be more than a volunteer and a warm body.

09

Culture and the New Evangelization

The mission field has moved. It is your neighborhood, your screen, your dinner table.

10

Legacy

When it is over, what will it have meant?
